B M Designs is a Tauranga-based consulting business specialising in OSET and wastewater design for residential, rural, commercial and community projects across New Zealand. Since 2021, we have been helping clients navigate the technical and practical requirements of wastewater systems with clear advice, site-specific design and reliable project support.

Our approach is centred around understanding each site and developing solutions that are practical, compliant and suited to the long-term needs of the property. Conrad Nagle – Wastewater Specialist

Conrad Nagle joined BM Design Ltd in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience. His background includes extensive work in drainlaying, as well as a pivotal role with Devan Plastics, where he helped successfully grow their wastewater division. Widely recognised as the ‘go-to’ person in the Bay of Plenty for wastewater expertise, Conrad offers clients invaluable, practical solutions.

Based at Pukehina Beach, Conrad makes the most of the coastal lifestyle and enjoys starting his days with early morning beach walks alongside his dogs.
